It seems to me, that most times, I do not have 2 or more thoughts running at the same time but then now and again, I do and they seem to collide and confusion results. Perhaps I am trying to make a decision and then it seems I have multiple thoughts all "running" inside my head at the same time and they are colliding and making a mess of things.
