Background:

2004 ET4 bought new in January 2004

 

Useful information:

Engine oil: 5W-40 Synthetic European

1 Liter/quart without filter change.

1 quart and 4 ounces with new filter.

 

Exhaust Allen Bolts: 6mm

Exhaust Allen Bolts: Long bolt goes at bottom.

Exhaust nuts: 10mm

Oil drain plug: 24mm

 

Spark plug: RG6YC

 

Gear oil: 75W90 Exactly 5 ounces.

 

Clock battery: 1.5Volts original Bolva 617 but Duracell 301/386 works

 

Side mirrors: rider left has 13mm nut, right side simply screws into frame.
